Director

Will Anderson, M.S., is Managing Director of the Impact Principals, an economic, workforce and community development consultancy. The Maryland-based group focuses on business success and stakeholder impact. Will has led multiple public, private and non-profit organizations in Maryland, with a focus on setting up, amplifying and executing complex strategies. As a relationship-building executive, Will has domain expertise in business development, marketing, technology, government affairs, economic and workforce development, higher education, social impact, community and public relations.

Prior to Impact Principals, Will’s roles included leading the economic development agency of Baltimore County, executing several of the largest projects in North America, leading business development and technology for the Maryland Business Roundtable, teaching within the College of Business at Towson University, and founding a successful tech startup. Will received a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in Interdisciplinary Science, a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in Political Science, and web systems certification from UMBC. Will proudly serves on numerous boards and is personally committed to civic engagement around greater Baltimore.
