The Lab Associates Program is designed for motivated applicants who are ready to dedicate themselves to excellence. The Program prepares individuals for professional careers in the life sciences. No previous lab or science experience is required.

In the Lab Associates Program, we focus on preparing participants for the real-life work environment. Attendance, punctuality, daily preparation, consistent effort, and a strong motivation to succeed are vital to successful completion of the program and job placement in the industry. Our qualified instructors are here to help participants every step of the way to ensure success in launching a meaningful career.

In order to effectively prepare participants for career-based jobs, we consider our laboratory training facilities as a place of work rather than a school environment.

The Laboratory Associates Program is a six-month program offered twice a year. All applicants go through an initial phone screening so that we can assess whether the program is right for the candidate. After the phone screening, if both parties wish to proceed, candidates attend an information session and take an academic proficiency test. The next steps are in-person interviews, background checks and a drug screening before being considered for acceptance into the program.
