Mr. Pablo Pineyro is a Human Resources executive with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, an organization whose mission is to help all people lead healthy, productive lives. Working with the Foundation’s Global Development team, he focuses on improving people’s health and giving them the chance to lift themselves out of hunger and extreme poverty. Mr. Pineyro is the former global Head of Human Resources for Becton Dickinson Diagnostics. With a background in Life Sciences and Human Resources, he offers BTI a unique perspective around governance, performance management and especially the capabilities sought in the life science industry, shaping BTI’s evergreen learning curriculum as a pathway towards a career in science. Mr. Pineyro serves BTI as a liaison with academic and community non-profit organizations in the Baltimore area.
