Case Manager
Donna has over three decades of experience in her professional human services career and has been counseling students and alumni/ae of the BioTechnical Institute of Maryland for the past seven years. Previously she worked at Catholic Charities for 18 years in co-active coaching, case management, and employment and retention counsel/support, focusing on clients from diverse backgrounds. A graduate of Grand Canyon University where she earned her B.S. in Psychology, she also has had training in substance abuse, mental health, and population sensitivity. Originally from New York, Donna has been living and working in Maryland for the past 25 years.
