Rob Fauvie is Vice President, Global Operations at BD Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS).

Mr. Fauvie is responsible for setting and implementing the strategic direction for operations as well as for the daily execution and total performance of all BD Integrated Diagnostic Solutions plants worldwide, including the headquarters in Sparks, Maryland. Mr. Fauvie oversees the manufacture and distribution of thousands of diagnostic instruments and millions of assays and medical devices each year.

BD has been part of the Maryland community for nearly 70 years and as a member of the BTI Board of Directors, Mr. Fauvie will help develop and reinforce relationships to continue BTI’s efforts to provide tuition-free, high-caliber, training to help those who are under- or unemployed to become lab workers in the state’s rapidly expanding life sciences sector.Prior to Impact Principals, Will’s roles included leading the economic development agency of Baltimore County, executing several of the largest projects in North America, leading business development and technology for the Maryland Business Roundtable, teaching within the College of Business at Towson University, and founding a successful tech startup. Will received a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in Interdisciplinary Science, a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in Political Science, and web systems certification from UMBC. Will proudly serves on numerous boards and is personally committed to civic engagement around greater Baltimore.
